Every record carries a privacy mode. Set it once when you add the record, or change it any time, the public map and API update immediately.
The pin sits at the real address. Best for public locations — stores, offices, venues, dealers.
The pin is jittered within the block. Customers see the neighborhood; the street number stays private.
No street is shown at all — the record is placed at the city. Useful for sensitive residential work.
The record stays in your account and reporting but never appears on the public map.
New records are jittered automatically. You have to opt in to showing an exact address — never the other way around.
Customer names, exact street addresses, phone numbers, and internal notes are never sent to the public map or API.

Anyone can request their address be removed from a public map using the removal-request link in the map footer. The contractor receives the request and can hide or remove the matching record.
Customers receiving review-request emails can decline further messages with a single click. Opt-outs are permanent and honored automatically by the follow-up system.
